Gourmet or traditional cuisine
The estate offers two types of dining:
A brasserie, with traditional cuisine. The Chef regularly updates his menu based on seasonal produce. During the summer, a large terrace is set up facing the windmill and a playground is available for children.
A gourmet restaurant, unusual, set up in the cellars of the windmill, offers seasonal cuisine with fresh produce. The Chef will delight your taste buds as much as your eyes, which will be surprised by the place. In summer, a terrace is set up at the foot of the mill and around the swimming pool under straw huts.
Gourmet restaurant opening hours
Open Tuesday to Saturday: 12pm to 1:30pm and 7pm to 9pm
Closed Mondays and Sundays
Annual closures: From Tuesday, December 24, 2024 inclusive to Monday, January 6, 2025, reopening on January 7 for evening service.
Brewery opening hours
Open:
Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 8:45pm
Sunday from 11am to 2pm - Closed in the evening
